As you already know, we have presented shareholders with an exciting opportunity for potential liquidity and value realization called Bids Wanted in Competition (BWIC). You can learn more about the process HERE.
On a share weighted basis, most respondents support including Bobby Orr ’70-’71 Boston Bruins Game Worn Jersey – Photomatched in January’s BWIC. As a result, the asset will remain halted on Collectable.
Should a bid be received in excess of the context price, proceeds net of taxes and fees will be distributed to shareholders pro rata to their ownership position. The item(s) would then be retired from the Collectable platform.
If a bid is not received in excess of the context price, the asset will resume trading on Collectable’s secondary market.
